At FASHOR, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is folded neatly in its original packaging with all brand tags and invoices intact to prevent damage during transit.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect a pickup confirmation receipt.
Refund Processing
Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
